草坪型高羊茅新品系的选育和成坪特性及耐热性的鉴定 被引量:10

摘要 通过在田间逆境条件下选择优株和优株系 (克隆 ) ,使优株系在隔离条件下自由授粉 ,培育了 4个暂定名为 98- 18、98- 2 0、98- 2 1和 98- 2 2的新品系。在田间条件和人工高温条件下对新品系的成坪特性和耐热性进行了鉴定 ,98- 19是色泽深绿的矮生型新品系 ,除在夏季的抗性略为逊色外 ,其余季节的综合表现名列前茅 ;另一些新品系 ,尤其是 98- 2 2在越夏性、耐热性、抗病性等抗性、生长速度和叶片色泽上都与对照 (Triplea ,国外引进新品种 )相当 ,同为优良品种 (系 )。在上海的自然和生产条件下用自繁的高羊茅新品系种子建坪 ,其成坪质量与用美国种子建坪的质量间无显著差异 ,但自繁种子本身的质量不及从国外购进的种子。自育的新品系要能大面积推广应用 。 In order to increase the tolerance of turf type tall fescue(Fectuca arundinacea)Schreb to summer and heat stress and decrease its growing speed,4 new lines,temporarily named 98-19,98-20,98-21 and 98-22,were bred by selecting desirable plants and clones survived from the summer stress and having the plants open pollinated in an isolated field plots.Field and controlled high temperature tests were conducted to identify the turf quality and seedling heat lolerance of the new lines.Line 98-19 is dwarf with dark green leaf color and has highest turf quality among the tested new lines and varieties in the seasons except summer around the year.The other new lines,especially 98-22,are tall and tolerant to summer and heat stress as well as the control,Triplea,a 3 variety blend from US.The turf established with seeds produced in Shanghai ecological and cultivation conditions is as high quality as that with the imported seeds.But the seed quality is poorer than the seeds from US.The establishment of grass seed production and improvement of seed processing techniques should precede the extension of the new lines bred in our country.
