摘要
先后两次各选取60只公兔、200只母兔,均分为试验组和对照组,进行综合控温技术的效果研究。试验组在夏季高温期(6月11日至9月8日)采用节能型综合控温技术(舍顶盖草、舍壁遮黑网、舍内喷雾化水结合高压水泵冲水),使舍内温度控制在30℃以下;对照组不控温,兔舍最高气温31℃以上有50天、35℃以上有25天。两次试验结果表明:试验组平均受胎率比对照组提高38.7~50.5个百分点,流产率降低了42~85.5个百分点,胎平均产仔数提高了56.8%~57.1%(P<0.01),断奶育成率提高了41.4~65.2个百分点;高温对对照组兔繁殖率的影响延续至高温结束后50天(9月9日至10月28日);高温天气(30℃以上)显著降低了公兔的精子活力和母兔的标准发情率;采用综合控温技术,成本低,适合我国国情,便于推广应用。
male rabbits and 200 female rabbits were used to study.They are divided into control group and treat group. Using integrative technology(covering straw on the roof ,covering black net on the wall, spraying water in the barn ) to control temperature to below 30℃ in control group(from Jun.11 to Sep.8). Not controlling temperature in treat group ,the temperature reaches to higher than 31℃ over 50 days, and reaches to higher than 35℃ over 25 days in treat group(from Jun.11 to Sep.8).The results of two tests showed that: the rate of average gestation of the control group was 38.7~50.5 percentage points higher than the treat group , the rate of abortion of the control group was 42~85.5 percentage points lower than the treat group, the average litter size of the control group was 56.8%~57.1% higher(p<0.01) than the treat group. The influence of high temperature on rabbit reproduce performance of treat group is been to next 50 days (from Sep.6 to Oct.28). High temperature (>30℃)decrease significantly sperm activity of male rabbit and heat of female rabbit.The controlling temperature technology costs lower ,and suit to use in our country .
