摘要
为探讨24小时脑电图(AEEG)监测对小儿热性惊厥的诊断意义,对118例热性惊厥患儿进行24小时动态脑电监测。结果,AEEG总异常率为40.7%,痫样波检出率6.8%。年龄≤2岁与>2岁组、体温>38.5C组与≤38.5C组、首发组与反复发作组比较,后者AEEG异常率明显高于前者(P<0.05~0.01)。提示,发作次数越多AEEG异常率越高。对AEEG异常和有痫样放电的患儿均应给以抗癫痫药物治疗。

Antiepileptic drugs should be Administered in children with abnormal AEEG and epileptic discharges.
