This paper explains some new changes of the business value-added in the era of 3G mobile communications , which are application platform changes,business model changes, and service changes.It introduces the latest technology on the 3G mobile communications,including two protocol,which are DIAMETER of new generation AAA protocol and accession initial protocol SIP.
