钢渣砂抗裂干混砂浆在工程中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过吸水量、压折比、粘结强度及凝结时间等技术指标的测定,对比分析了钢渣砂抗裂砂浆和市售抗裂砂浆的性能。分析表明:粒径小于0.6mm自然堆放钢渣砂和河砂混合配制出的抗裂干混砂浆性能符合工程使用要求,实际工程应用效果好。钢渣砂70%取代河砂配制的抗裂砂浆吸水量偏高,但依旧在国标要求的范围内。和参比样河砂配制的砂浆相比,钢渣砂抗裂砂浆压折比更小,表现出更好的抗裂性。同时,钢渣砂抗裂砂浆凝结时间延缓,具有更长的可操作时间,有利于工程施工。研究工作总体说明当钢渣砂粒径小于0.6mm时,可取代同粒径天然砂或石英砂配制抗裂干混砂浆,并可保证抗裂砂浆对力学性能和工作性能的要求。 In this paper,the performances of anti-cracking dry mix mortar of steel slag sand and commercial anti-cracking mortar are analyzed and compared through the testing of relevant technical indexes,such as water absorption,compressive and flexural strength ratio,adhesive strength and setting time.The results show that the anti-cracking mortar prepared by natural stacking steel slag sand and river sand mixtures(particle size less than 0.6 mm) is good in performance and in the practical application.The water absorption of the anti-cracking mortar made by the mixed sands with 70% steel slag sand replacing river sands is a bit high,but still meeting the national standard.Compared with reference mortar prepared by river sand,the anti-cracking mortar of steel slag sand has a smaller compressive and flexural strength ratio,demonstrating a better anti-cracking.Meanwhile,the setting time of the anti-cracking mortar of steel slag sand is delayed,which means a longer operating time,helpful in engineering construction.The whole research shows that the river sand or quartz sand of less than 0.6 mm can be replaced by the steel slag sand of the same size to prepare anti-cracking dry mix mortar,which can ensure the mechanical properties and workability of anti-cracking mortar.
