摘要
神经营养因子 (NTs)是一类调节神经元发育、分化及功能的因子。它可激活两种不同类型的受体———酪氨酸激酶的Trk家族和肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族中的p75NTR。NTs激活这两种受体后能启动许多复杂的信号转导通路 ,从而发挥生物效应。
