摘要
使命管理是一种人本主义管理理论 ,它是西方管理界对企业组织运行效果的反思和对 2 1世纪组织与管理问题探索的结果 ,具有一定的前沿性。
As a humanistic theory of management, Mission Management is an outcome of the introspection by the western management field about the effectiveness of the business operation, and an outcome of their exploration to the issue of 21st century's organization & management as well. Therefore, to some extent, it is a frontier theory.
