对搅拌铸造、小挤压、热轧和冷轧制备的 15 %SiCP/LD2铝基复合材料的超塑性进行了研究。研究表明 :在温度为 833K、初始应变速率为 8.9× 10 - 4s- 1的拉伸变形条件下 ,其伸长率为2 5 0 % ;
A composite of 15vol%SiC P(14μm) /6A02Al composite was fabricated by stirring casting, cold rolling after extrusion with a low extrusion ratio of 10∶1 and hot rolling, and its superplastic characteristics were investigated. The composite exhibited a tensile elongation of 250% at the initial strain rate of 8.9×10 -4 s -1 at 833K. The superplasticity was caused by an appropriate amount of liquid phase presented in the composite at superplastic temperature.
