摘要
研究了两种新型压铸镁合金用模具材料的化学成分、显微组织及力学性能。结果表明 :两种合金钢均为马氏体钢 ,经 110 0℃固溶 ,然后在 70 0℃时效处理后 ,基体组织为回火马氏体及在基体上弥散分布的 μ相、M6 C、M2 3C6 以及少量的VC和AB2 相颗粒。两种合金在室温有很高的硬度、强度和塑韧性 ;在 70 0℃保持较高的高温硬度 ;在 6 5 0、70 0和 75
The chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of two new types of die steels used in magnesium die casting process were analyzed. The results showed that the two steels are martensitic steels. After the steels were solution treated at 1 100℃ and aged at 700℃, the microstructures of the steels are composed of tempered martensite matrix, on which a lot of inter metallic compounds and carbide particles of phase μ, M 6C, M 23 C 6, VC and AB 2 distributed. Both of the steels have excellent hardness, strength, ductility and toughness at room temperature as well as at high temperatures.
