摘要
通过控制Creq%、Nieq%的量,把堆焊金属组织控制在M+F区域内。并向堆焊金属中过渡钒铁、稀土等合金元素,使堆焊金属在600 10 ℃×4 h回火硬度达到设计要求,从而提高了堆焊金属的耐磨、耐蚀及高温耐磨硬度。
Through adjusting the content of Cr and Ni, the microsfracture of hardfacing can be controlled within the M+F region. The addition of iron-vanadium and rare-earth elements can make the hardfacing alloy reaching the designed hardness after tempering at 600±10℃ for 4 hours, Thus the wear and corrosion-resistance and wear-resistance at high temperature can be improved.
