摘要 随着微光像增强技术和弱光成像器件的发展 ,光子计数成像技术近年来发展很快并日趋成熟 ,光子计数成像在军事、天文学、物理学、化学、生物学、量子电子学等领域得到了广泛应用。介绍了光子计数成像的原理、技术特点及其应用。 Following the development of the faint image intensification technique and the faint imagery device, photon count imagery technique is developed rapidly in the recent years, and which is getting more mature. Photon count imagery has been applied entensively in the military, astronomy, physics, chemical, biolgy, quantum electrical etc. fields. Introduced the principle of the photon count imagery, technique character and application.
