摘要
利用静电纺丝技术制备具有抗紫外性能的PVP/芦丁纳米纤维膜。通过扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析纳米纤维的表面形态及PVP与芦丁之间的相互作用,结果表明:芦丁的加入使PVP纳米纤维的平均直径增大,但基本不影响其表观形态;PVP和芦丁之间存在氢键作用。PVP/芦丁纳米纤维膜的抗紫外测试结果表明,当芦丁的添加量达到2.3%时,抗紫外线系数达到40,表明负载芦丁的纳米纤维膜具有良好的抗紫外性能。
The anti-UV PVP / rutin nanofibrous membranes are prepared by electrospinning. The surface morphology of membranes andthe interaction between poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) and rutin are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared. Theresults show that the incorporation of rutin has no significant influence on the morphology of the as-spun PVP nanofibers but can increase theaverage diameters, and there might be interaction occured between PVP and rutin caused by hydrogens between the molecules. Moreover,ultraviolet protection test is utilized to study the properties of ultraviolet protection of the nanofibrous membranes and the ultraviolet protectionfactor could reach 40 when rutin addition is 2.3%, which indicats that the membranes have the function of ultraviolet protection.
