摘要
对浙江树人大学后勤保障处、浙江工业大学后勤集团近三年用工缺口的情况进行了跟踪统计,并通过走访和电话采访等形式对浙江省部分在杭高校后勤的用工情况进行了调查,在调查统计的基础上完成了数据对比、研究和分析,详尽分析了外聘人员离职后的去向及原因,从而得出了在当前用工荒这一特殊背景下,高校后勤应该如何采取相应对策,从注重员工个性管理入手,解决或缓解高校后勤用工困难这个现状.
This paper conducts the tracking and statistics of employment situation during the three years in the service departments of Zhejiang Shuren University and Zhejiang University of Technology,and investigates the employment circumstance using visiting or telephone interviews and other forms.It makes data comparison,research and analysis on the basis of the survey,and analyzes the whereabouts and exit reasons of the external staff.It concludes countermeasures university service groups need adapt under the special background of Labor shortage,and the focus on personalized management to finally solve or alleviate the problem of labor shortage in university service departments.
