本文对纳米 Ti O2 薄膜的各种制备方法 ,包括基于溶胶 -凝胶的涂层方法、电沉积、化学气相沉积、物理气相沉积、自组装制膜 ,以及喷雾热分解等方法的研究进展进行了综述。对不同方法的优缺点进行了比较和评述 ,对今后 Ti O2
The methods of preparation for titania film including sol-gel painting-on or dip-coating, electrodeposition, chemical vapor deposition, physical vapor deposition, self-assembly method and spray pyrolysis technology are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods are described. Some opinions on further studies on the preparation of TiO2 film are also presented.
