摘要
作者采用模型试验方法研究了万家寨引黄工程高压输水管道中泥沙的淤积过程、形态,分析了临界不淤流速及管道淤堵等问题。试验成果表明,在高压输水管道中,即使含沙量小、泥沙颗粒细,如果管道中流速小,也会出现泥沙淤积。但随着淤积增大,管道中流速也随之增大。只要正常运行,管道将不会出现淤堵。其临界不淤流速为0.9~1.0m/s。
Using hydraulic model,the writers s tudied the process and pattern of sed iment deposit in high pressure water conveyance pipe of Wanjiazhai YRDP(Yellow River Diversion Project).Additionally,the writers analyze d the problems of the critical non -siltin g Vclocity and choking of the pipe,The experiment result shows that if the flow velocity in pipe is low,the sediment deposit will occur,no matter how sma ll the sediment content is,and how fine the sedimentary particles are.However,the flow velocity in the pipe will in crease along with the increase of the sediment deposit in accumulated amount,and t herefore the pipe would not be choked up provided that the system operatio n is under normal condition,The critica l non -silting velocity has been foun d to be from 0.9to 1.0meters per secon d.
