摘要
英国曾经是西方发达资本主义国家中推行国有化的典型国家。从 2 0世纪 40年代中期到 70年代末 ,英国公有企业在深度和广度上都有了重大发展 ,并直接控制了国民经济命脉。然而 ,英国又是世界上较早大规模推行自由化和私有化 ,且成效显著的国家 ,公有企业私有化改革后 ,生产效率和服务质量都有了显著提高。
The United Kingdom once has been the typical state in the western advanced countries that had wide range of state owned properties. From the middle of 40's to the end of 70's in the 20th century, the public owned enterprises in UK had experienced remarkable development and directly controlled the lifelines of national economy. UK also is the country in the world that earlier carried out the reform of liberalization and privatization in a wide range and achieved remarkable success. After the reform of privatization of public owned enterprises, the productive efficiency and service quality have improved a great deal. The reform of public owned enterprises in UK has provided plenty precious experience as well as lessons to the reform of China's state owned enterprises.
