摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入和中国城市化进程的迅速推进 ,城市化所带来的一系列环境问题日益突出 ,已影响到中国经济和社会的可持续发展 ,生态退化、环境污染等外部不经济性已成为经济发展的掣肘。综合运用法律、经济等手段和措施才能使城市环境污染得以治理 ,城市建设高速协调发展 ,实现城市可持续发展战略。
Eco-environmental protection is the key of developing Chinas economy.With economic development ,especially urbanization,urban environment pollution is more and more serious,and the ecosystem degeneration and environment pollution have been becoming the obstruction of economy and society.By adopting measures of low and economic means,urban sustainable strategy may be achieved.
