摘要
本文从图书馆一直以来都在面临的人力资源大量流失的窘况谈起 ,分析了图书馆人力资本经营中出现的偏颇 ,并提出了一系列改善当前图书馆人力资本经营现状的举措。
In this paper a fact is pointed out that the circle of library in China has experienced a long-term suffering in losing a large number of personnel, and a detailed analysis is taken on what's wrong with the current management of personnel capital. And based on the analysis, some suggestions are made on how to improve it.
