摘要
在高等教育由精英走向大众化的过程中,教育的服务功能越来越受到学生及其家长的重视,本文把顾客满意度理论引入高等教育,在分析我国教育满意度现状的基础上,对高等教育进行若干思考,提出了提高高等教育满意度的策略以促进高校的建设和改革。
During the popularization of higher education from the elite to the public,the service function of it was attached more and more importance by both the students and their parents.By analyzing the students and their parents’ satisfaction in current higher education,this text introduce the theory of customer satisfaction in higher education,put some thinking on it,and bring some strategies for improving the degree of satisfaction of students and their parents’ in higher education to promote the reform and construction of higher schools.
