摘要
我院自1984年至今共收治肝癌304例,外科收治肝癌224例,其中小肝癌21例,占9.3％;中晚期肝癌209例,手术切除108例,切除率51％;肝动脉结扎及肝动脉栓塞55例,单纯探查20例,肝癌组织间热疗25倒,电化治疗11例,后两项治疗的效果尚好,现报告如下: 临床资料 一、肝癌组织间热疗 25例中男21 女4,年龄24～64岁,术后病理结果:肝细胞肝癌21例,肝胆管细胞癌2例,混合性肝癌2例,单发20例,多发4例;合并肝硬化19例,占76％,术前B超检查均有肿块,11例曾做过CT检查。
Chequered Thermotherapy was applied to 25 cases of unr esectable liver cancer dur-ing laparotomy. 3-12 months later, the ultrasonio B examination showed the cancermass disappeared completely (CR) in 1 case, shrinked more (PR)or less (SR) than50% in 6 and 10,cases, respectively. One year survival rate was 48%.By means of directcurrent therapy during laparotomy for 11 cases and followed.for 3-9 months. ultrasonicB. showed PR in 3 cases,and SR in 5 cases.Part of the 36 cases mentionded also receivedradiotherapy.ligation of hepatic artery or intra-tumor alcohol injection Benefit ofcomprehensive treatment for advanced. liver cancer was discussed.
