摘要
通过正交实验 ,研究采用重结晶方法将工业废弃物十水碳酸钠制成一水碳酸钠和无水碳酸钠的工艺 ,文章探讨了结晶温度、蒸发水量、结晶时间、晶种加量对Na2 CO3 纯度和收率的影响 ,找出最优化工艺条件 ,并讨论过程原理和经济可行性 .该工艺过程不产生二次污染 ,实验产品达到优级Na2 CO3
By means of orthoganal experiment,a technique of joint production of sodium carbonate(Na 2CO 3) and sodium carbonate hydrate(Na 2CO 3·H 2O)using sodium carbonate decahydrate (Na 2CO 3·10H 2O) is researched. The effects of crystal temperature,water percentage of evaporation,crystal time and increasing of seed crystal on pureness and recovering percentage of sodium carbonate(Na 2CO 3) are studied.The article seeks optimal operating factors and discusses the technological principle and economic feasibility.The technique does not produce the secondary pollution.The experiment product correspond with high class Na 2CO 3 standard.
