摘要
氟骨症患者的治疗是地方性氟中毒防治的重要内容。多年来 ,人们做了大量的工作 ,但是由于受到种种原因的限制 ,如发病机理不清 ,研究资金不足以及不断变化的病情等 ,使氟骨症治疗药物的研究少有进展。作者针对当前氟骨症防治实际、患者病情以及今后对氟骨症治疗药物研究开发的可能性 ,分析了原有治疗原则的实用性。首次提出应将氟骨症的治疗市场化 ,可使用市售的非处方药治疗氟骨症 ,并提出了氟骨症患者的治疗目标 ,对今后氟骨症治疗的总体方向和方法进行了论述。
We regard treatment of skeletal fluorosis as an important content for controlling of endemic fluoride intoxication . In the past few years, people had done a lot of work, but there were some limits,for example the machine-processed of disease was not quite clear,study fund lack and uninterrupted changing state of an illness,ect, were made study progress relatively slow .This article was to analyse the current practice of prevention and treatment of skeletal fluorosis,the patient's condition and possibility of exploiting the new medicine for treating skeletal fluorosis, at the same time, to analysed practicality of formerly 'treatment principle'. Author put forward that it may be used to market sell over the counter drugs (OTC) and it should marketing for treatment of skeletal fluorosis and also advanced the patient treatment aim. The author discussed the total direction and method of treatment for skeletal fluorosis in future.
