摘要
目的 :检测早期雄性自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)血清尿酸 (UA)、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)的水平 ;并观察抗高血压药厄贝沙坦和咪达普利对血UA和血脂代谢的影响。方法 :将SHR随机分为 3组 ,咪达普利组给含咪达普利的水 3mg·kg-1·d-1;厄贝沙坦组给含厄贝沙坦的水 5 0mg·kg-1·d-1;SHR对照组 ,另设雄性同龄WistarKyoto(WKY)正常血压对照组。实验于 3个月后停药 ,测体重和血压 ,检测血清UA、TC、TG、HDL C和LDL C。结果 :与WKY组比较 ,SHR组UA、TG和LDL C显著增高 ;厄贝沙坦组UA、TG显著降低 ,与咪达普利组比较差异有显著性意义 ;与SHR组比较 ,咪达普利组和厄贝沙坦组血压均显著降低。结论 :高血压早期已经存在着高UA血症和血脂异常等代谢综合征的临床征象 。
Objective:To assess the effects of imidarpril and irbesartan on serum uric acid (UA), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C) in early spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs).Methods:The male SHRs were divided into four groups (n=10, each), imidapril group (3 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ), irbesartan group (50 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) and SHR control and age matched male Wistar Kyoto (WKY) control group. After three months, serum UA, TC, TG, HDL C and LDL C were determined in alll rats.Results:In SHR group, UA (P< 0.05 ), TG and LDL C (P< 0.01 )were significantly higher than that in WKY group. As compared to SHR group, the blood pressure (SP) in imidapril and irbesartan group were significantly decreased (P< 0.01 ); imidapril significantly decreased LDL C (P< 0.01 ); irbesartan lowered UA (P< 0.05 ) and TG (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:Metabolic syndrome (such as hyperuricemia and dyslipidemia) exists in the early period of primary hypertension. Irbesartan can reduce not only serum TG but also serum UA. It suggests that irbesartan has the effects of antiatherosclerosis and renal protection.
