摘要 目的 研究 p5 3,p73,nm 2 3- H1基因在肝细胞肝癌中的表达与临床病理学关系 .方法 应用免疫组织化学方法(SABC法 )研究 18例正常肝、12例肝硬化、78例肝细胞肝癌的 p5 3,p73,nm2 3- H1基因的表达情况 .结果  18例正常肝 ,12例肝硬化中 p5 3和 p73基因表达阴性或弱阳性 ;p5 3,p73,nm2 3- H1基因在肝细胞肝癌中表达率分别为 5 5 .13%,5 2 .5 6 %,6 6 .6 6 %;p5 3的表达在不同的临床分期、病理学分级、有无转移和是否乙型肝炎之间差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,而与 AFP含量间无显著意义 ;p73基因表达与病理学分级 ,是否乙型肝炎和有无肝内或门静脉转移之间差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,与临床分期、AFP含量间无显著意义 ;nm 2 3- H1的表达与临床分期、AFP含量间有显著性意义(P<0 .0 5 ) ,和肝内或门静脉转移呈负相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,而与病理学分级、是否乙型肝炎无差异性 .结论  p5 3,p73和nm 2 3- H1可作为肝细胞肝癌发生、发展和预后的主要参考指标之一 . AIM To investigate the expression of p53, p73 and nm23-H1 genes in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and their relationship with clinical pathology. METHODS Im-munohistochemical method (SABC) was used to study the expression of p53, p73 and nm23H1 genes and their relationship with clinical pathology in 18 normal livers, 12 with cirrhosis and with 78 HCC. RESULTS Expressions of p53, p73 and nm23-H1 in HCC were 55.13%, 52.56%, 66.66%, respectively. The expression of p53 had significant difference in different clinical stage, pathologic degree, cases with or without metastasis and cases with or without HBV (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but it was not closely related with AFP; p73 expression showed significant difference in different pathologic degree, cases with or without HBV and cases with or without metastasis (P<0.01), but it was not closely related with different clinical stage and AFP. The expression of nm23-H1 had significant difference in different clinical stage and AFP (P<0.05 or P<0. 01), but it was negatively related with metastasis and had no significant difference in different pathologic degree and cases with or without HBV. CONCLUSION p53, p73 and nm23-H1 can be used as important indexes for HCC pathogenesis, progression and prognosis evaluation.
