影响冻干法氨苄西林钠含量低的原因初探

摘要 目的本文讨论了冻干法氨苄西林钠含量在2000版药典实施后比1995版测定值低的原因。方法:通过对不同生产方法(喷干法和冻干法)所生产的氨苄西林钠的含量和二聚物数据(用高压液相法检测)进行对比总结。结果:冻干法氨苄西林钠中二聚物数值远高于喷干法氨苄西林钠中的二聚物。结论:冻干法氨苄西林钠含量低的原因是因其生产过程中二聚物的数值远高于喷干法生产所产生的。 Purpose: This article has discussed the reason why the content of Ampicillin Sodi- um made in freezing dry is lower according to the 2000 edition medicine dictionary has been car- ried out than 1995 edition. Method: The dates(measured by HPLC)of the content and the dipoly- merization in Ampicillin Sodium manufactured by different methods(spraying dry and freezing dry)is contrasted and summed up. Result: The dipolymerization in Ampicillin Sodium made in freezing dry is far higher than that made in spraying dry. Conclusion: The reason that the lower content of Ampicillin Sodium made in freezing dry is that the dates of dipolymerization far higher in the manufacture process than it is made in spray dry.
