摘要
为研制适用于军用及其他特别设备的超大型铝电解电容器CDIN 120V-100000μF φ100 mm×250 mm产品,分析了影响铝电解电容器损耗角正切的各种因素。通过研制工作电解液,研究铆装工艺和老练工艺,设计特殊芯包结构和芯包固定方式,使得该型号产品的损耗角正切较小,成品率很高,且产品性能完全满足其技术标准。
To develop a super-sized aluminum electrolytic capacitor (CDIN 120 V-100000 μF,φ100 mm×250 mm) for military purpose and other special equipments, the factors affecting its dissipation were analyzed. Based on the investigation on electrolyte; rivet process; aging process, a special element structure and a fix mode were acquired. The developed capacitor exhibits smaller dissipation, higher yield and its performances meet the related technical standards.
