摘要
鉴于目前MCM在各方面起着举足轻重的作用,本文着重研究了用于3D-MCM综合设计的技术,并提出一种理想的MCM综合设计系统结构。
On account of the fact that MCM plays an important role in many fields, this papermainly discusses the technology of comprehensive design for 3D-MCM. An ideal system structureis also put forward in this paper.
