摘要
介绍 2 0世纪末国外相控阵超声探伤新技术在管道环焊缝检测上的成功应用。通过多压电元件相控阵探头纵向电子扫描和对管子的周向机械扫查 ,可对管道环焊缝作快速检验。为保证相控阵探头在主要特性上等效于普通斜探头 ,用聚苯乙烯作楔块材料 ,用高分子聚合物作换能器材料 ,并用曲面声透镜改善探头在管子轴向和周向的声束特性。
Overseas successful application of ultrasonic phased array technology to inspecting the circumferential welds in pipelines was described. By electrical scanning in axial direction of the pipe and mechanical scanning in circumferential direction, a girth weld could be inspected rapidly. It was shown that using polystyrene as wedge material, high polymer as transducer material and curved wedge as an acoustic lens was the key point of application effectiveness for phased array system.
