研究了用絮凝法处理甘油发酵液。选用国内外 7种絮凝剂 ,以FR值及滤速为指标 ,考察各种絮凝剂的絮凝效果。根据实验结果选出各种条件下适用于甘油发酵体系的絮凝剂 ,并证明所选用的
Flocculation of yeast cell from glycerol fermented broth with seven different flocculants was studied. Experimental results indicated that the filter rate of fermented broth and the quality of the filtrate can be increased greatly by adding some flocculants selected from the flocculants tested. The selected flocculants had no deleterious influence on glycerol, and may be suitable for industrial application.
