摘要
磨矿分级过程机理复杂 ,影响因素多 ,难以建立精确实用的数学模型。针对这一复杂过程 ,在模糊控制的基础上 ,汲取动态矩阵中的预测及反馈校正功能 ,运用新的控制算法 ,对磨矿分级控制进行了计算机仿真研究。结果表明 ,预测模糊控制的效果优于模糊控制 ,对较复杂系统 ,尤其是慢时变、大滞后系统具有良好的适应性。
It is difficult to establish accurate and practice mathematical models of the process of grinding and classification due to their complicated mechanism and many factors affecting them. In view of these facts, the authors conducted the computer simulation of grinding and classification using a new control algorithm, which adopts such functions as prediction, feedback and rectification of DMC on the basis of fuzzy control, because the former has better adaptability to a complicated system, especially the slowly time varying parameter and large time delay system.
