摘要 研究了N192 3萃取回收钛白水解废酸中的钛。试验考察了极性改善剂浓度、萃取剂浓度、相比、温度、震荡平衡时间等因素对钛萃取的影响 ,测出了钛的萃取等温线。在此基础上进行了串级逆流萃取模拟试验。试验结果表明 :伯胺萃取剂N192 3具有良好的萃钛性能和钛铁分离性能 ,经三级逆流萃取 ,钛的萃取率可达 97%以上 ,而Fe(Ⅱ )基本不被萃取。 Titanium recovery from hydrolyzed sulfuric acid of titanium dioxide production by solvent extraction with N1923 has been studied. The effects of the concentration of polarity modifier, the concentration of extractant, phase ratio, equilibrium time on the extraction of titanium are investigated, and the isothermal of titanium extraction is measured. Based on the single stage extraction experiments, the experiments of extraction by batchwise countercurrent multi stage operation are conducted. The results indicate that primary amine extractant N1923 is of excellent property in titanium extraction and the separation of titanium and iron, the titanium extraction efficiency can reach above 97% through 3 stage countercurrent extraction, while Fe(Ⅱ) is almost not extracted.
