摘要
提出了一种采用激光二极管照射,并具有一定前导量的CCD图像采集和处理自动跟踪系统,该系统由工业控制计算机、CCD摄像机和二维执行机构组成。能对同时存在弧光、烟尘、飞溅干扰条件下的CO2焊进行高精度的实时自动跟踪。
A CCD image acquisition and processing system is presented. The system uses diode laser and the sensor looks a short distance ahead of the electrode. It involves controlling computer, CCD camera and 2-dimension execution parts. The system can provide real-time seam tracking with high precision in CO2 welding at the condition of arc, fume and spatter interference.
