以琅琊山抽水蓄能电站为例,介绍了机组黑启动的主要流程及试验相关情况,分析了黑启动过程中的主要风险并提出了相应控制措施。
By taking Langyashan Pumped-Storage Power Plant as a case ,the main sequence of black start and the test result are introduced ,and then the main risks during back start are analyzed and the specific solving measures are given as well.
