摘要
依据蓝藻生物钟昼夜节律的生理实验结果和非线性动力学理论,构建了其非线性动力学模型,并利用Matlab软件求出其核心振荡器调控蛋白KaiABC等的相互作用关系,获得各蛋白分泌随时间变化的数值解,且与已有实验数据结果一致,说明理论模型是合理的.
On the basis of the physiological experiment results of biological clock circadian rhythm of cyanobacteria and the theory of nonlinear dynamics,it’s nonlinear dynamic model was constructed for the first time.And the interaction relationships between KaiABC proteins was computed by Matlab.The numerical solutions of each protein secretion quantity with time was obtained,and the simulation results were consistent with the experimental data in references.Therefore,this nonlinear dynamics model is rationality.
