摘要
阐述了应用SLon磁选机作为攀枝花钢铁公司选钛厂全粒级粗选抛尾设备的选矿试验 ,结果表明 :采用SLon磁选机组成磁 -浮 -电或磁 -浮流程 ,可以获得精矿品位大于47 %、回收率为46.25%~44.58%的流程指标 ,每年多回收钛精矿50余万t,增加产值25280万元 ,为该选厂技术改造提供了一条新途径。
In this paper, the experimental investigation of separating whole grade ilmenite by SLon vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separators in Ti dressing plant of Panzhihua Iron and steel company is introduced. In this experiment, the magnetic separation_flotation_electrical concentration circuit composed by SLon vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separators is adopted, and magnetic separation_flotation circuit as well. The result of it as follows: the grade of concentrate is greater than 47%, the rate of recovery is 46.25% to 44.58%. The plant has recovered Ti concentrates over 500 000t these years and the output value is added 252 800 000 yuan . It is provided a new way for technical innovation of this plant.
