摘要
无刷直流电机的换相和控制都需要准确的转子位置信息 ,而安装转子位置传感器是较困难的 .鉴于定子绕组的反电势与转子位置的严格对应关系 ,提出了一种根据端电压得到反电势 ,从而实现定子绕组换流的方法 .给出了以TMS32 0F2 4 0为核心设计的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统的软硬件框图 .
The accurate rotor position is required while a brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is under commutation and control. However, the fixing of position sensors is believed to difficult. In terms of the correspondence relation between winding's back EMF and the position of a rotor, a new method of estimating rotor's position is proposed in this paper, which obtains back EMF through phase voltage. The design of control system is presented as well based on TMS320F240.
