摘要
为了研究LiFSI对三元材料锂离子电池性能的改善作用,测试了0.8mol/L LiPF_6+0.2mol/L LiFSI/(EC/EMC/DMC)和1.0mol/L LiPF_6/(EC/EMC/DMC)在不同温度下的黏度和电导率,并研究了应用这两种电解液的三元材料/石墨电池的低温放电性能、循环性能、倍率性能和安全性能。研究结果表明:LiFSI可以有效降低电解液的黏度、提高电解液的电导率;与LiPF_6基电解液相比,应用LiPF_6/LiFSI基电解液的三元电池-20℃低温放电容量保持率提高了11%,5C倍率放电容量提高了3%,100周循环容量保持率从83.4%提高到93.8%,并且显著改善了电池的针刺安全性能。
In order to study the effect of LiFSI on the performance of NCM lithium-ion battery,The viscosity and conductivity of 0.8 mol/L LiPF_6+0.2 mol/L LiFSI/(EC/EMC/DMC)and 1.0 mol/L LiPF_6/(EC/EMC/DMC)were tested at different temperatures,and the low temperature discharge performance,cycle performance,multiplier performance and safety performance of the NCM/graphite batteries were studied.It was found that LiFSI can decrease the viscosity of the electrolyte effectively and the conductivity of the electrolyte can be improved.Comparative to LiPF_6 based electrolyte,low temperature discharge capacity retention of the NCM battery with LiPF_6/LiFSI blend salt-based electrolyte increased by 11% at -20℃,5 Cdischarge capacity increased by 3%,100 cycle capacity rate increased from 83.4% to 93.8%,and the puncture security performance of the battery also can be significantly improved.
