摘要
阐述了红外成像检漏的原理,总结了SF_6电气设备主要泄漏部位及泄漏原因,并在此基础上对每一种类型的泄漏部位都给出了相应的案例。分析了不同SF_6电气设备生产厂家采用的不同构造在密封性上的特点,采用球形结构的SF_6电气设备有效地减少了法兰焊孔类漏点,此结构在现场检测中证明具有很好的密封性能。部分SF_6电气设备的充气管路在接近罐体处会使用一段软管连接,现场发现软管两头的胶垫在长时间运行或多次活动后可能存在密封缺陷。本文最后提出了提高室内检漏快速、准确定位的方法。
This paper describes the principle of the infrared imaging detection, and summarizes the main leakage parts and causes of SF_6 electrical equipment. The corresponding case is given for each type of leak location. The characteristics of different SF_6 electrical equipment manufacturers with different structural in the seal are analyzed in this paper.The SF_6 electrical equipment of spherical structure that proved to have good sealing performance in the field test can effectively reduce the welding flange hole type leakage. Part of the SF_6 electrical equipment in the proximity of the tank will use a section of hose as a gas pipeline, the rubber pad at two ends of the hose may be sealed after a long run. A method is proposed to improve the speed and accuracy of the indoor leakage detecting.
