摘要
我国民办高校的教师评聘制度在当前现状,具体变革特点表现为业绩导向的方向性变革。业绩导向主要是教学业绩、岗位业绩和业绩贡献三个方面。那么为了进一步的满足我国当前民办高校的教师评聘机制导向作用,应当将评聘机制的变革重点放置于强化改革趋向、细化评聘条件和发挥机制优势等三个方面。
The present situation of the teacher evaluation and appointment system in private colleges and universities in China shows that the reform is performance-oriented. Performance oriented teaching is mainly about three aspects: teaching performance,job performance and performance contribution. So in order to further satisfy the guiding role of the current evaluation and appointment mechanism of private colleges and universities,the reform of the evaluation and appointment mechanism should be focused on strengthening the reform trend,refining the evaluation and appointment conditions and giving play to the advantages of the mechanism.
