摘要
高职院校学生具有自身的特殊性,因此在管理上也需要学校领导和教师区别管理,了解高职学生的心理情况,以及教学环境、社会环境等。根据高职学生自身的特殊性,以及教学、社会环境的特殊性,制订符合高职学生的管理对策,以通过良好的教育管理促进高中学生综合素质的提升,使其成为优秀的高等职业人才。
Vocational college students have their own particularities,so in management,they also need different management between school leaders and teachers,to understand the psychological situation of vocational college students,as well as the teaching environment,social environment and so on.According to the particularity of higher vocational students themselves,as well as the particularity of teaching and social environment,we should formulate management countermeasures in line with higher vocational students,so as to promote the comprehensive quality of high school students through good educational management and make them excellent higher vocational talents.
