摘要 基于生理学、心理学的角度分析了热舒适产生的过程 ,探讨了热舒适、健康以及与环境之间的关系。指出稳态、舒适的环境不一定有利于健康 ,它减弱了人适应环境的能力。人同时交替在室内室外两种差异较大的环境中生活时 。 The developing process of thermal comfort was analyzed based on physiology and psychology and the relationship between thermal comfort and human health, environment was discussed in this paper.It suggested that the thermo-stable and thermo-comfortable environment, which might decrease body's adaptability to environment, were not necessarily good for human health. It might have some impacts on human's physiological and psychological adaptabilities also to live in the environment with a great difference between the indoor and outside temperature simultaneously and alternately.
