摘要
利用电力电子电路产生的开关纹波作为通信载波进行数据传输,是实现电力电子装置网络化的方式之一。本文提出了基于开关纹波调制实现数据通信的基本原理,以及在不影响功率变换器工作情况下实现开关纹波调制的方法。针对输入端并联的分布式Boost电路,分析了主电路的纹波信号模型,并通过实验实现了基于纹波调制的FSK通信系统。该技术将数据传输机制直接嵌入电力电子变换电路,是一种低成本实现电源线载波通信的方法。
Switching ripple initiated by power electronic circuits can be modulated to transmit data, which is a method for electronic equipment to be networked. The principle of data communication based on switching ripple modulation, as well as the method that can realize switching ripple modulation without affecting power conversion, are presented in this paper. For distributed Boost circuits with parallel input, the ripple signal model of the power circuits is analyzed, and the frequency shift keying(FSK) communication system based on ripple modulation is realized by experiment. This technology embeds data transmission mechanism into power conversion circuit, and is a cost-effective way to realize power line communication.
