摘要
应用传热学和流体力学的原理,建立了基于微槽群相变(Micro-Grooves Composite Phase,MGCP)冷却技术的新型1 000k V·A三相变压器有限元模型。研究了不同负载下变压器内部的三维温度场分布特性,并与普通干式变压器进行对比研究。结果表明采用微槽群复合相变冷却技术进行冷却的变压器具有更好的散热能力。
Applying the principle of heat transfer and fluid mechanics. Established a finite model of the 1 000 k V·A three-phase transformer, which based on micro-grooves composite phase change cooling technology. Study the characteristics of three-dimensional temperature field distribution inside transformer under different load. Compared the temperature distribution with the ordinary dry type transformer. The results show that the transformer which use MGCP cooling technique has better radiating ability.
