摘要
悬浮控制电源是一款典型的高压输入、低压输出的多路输出DC-DC变换器。传统的悬浮控制电源存在占空比失控、交叉调解率差以及可靠性差等问题。论文在传统两级结构的基础上,通过引入多绕组输出技术,研究和提出一种多母线电压的准单级式结构,解决了传统变换器在此类应用中存在的问题,同时将高效率的LLC谐振变换器引入此结构,实现了半导体器件的软开关,大大提高磁浮电源的转换效率。详细讨论了电源关键参数的设计,实验室研制了一台210W,220~380V输入,4路输出的原理样机。实验测试结果证明该结构的优越性。
The power supply for magnetic levitation control system is used to provide stable operation voltage to the suspension control circuits, which has been the key part of magnetic train. The suspension control power supply is typically the converter with high input voltage and low multiple output voltage. The traditional solutions have these problems,such as the uncontrolled duty ratio, the poor cross-adjusted rate, and low reliability. In order to solve these limits, a novel quasi-single-stage solution employing LLC resonant topology is proposed and developed in this paper, which can overcome the problems in traditional design. The proposed solution not only can increase significantly the overall conversion efficiency because of the achieving soft-switching over the entire operation range and reduced power processing number. A200 W, 220~380V input prototypes with four outputs, is fabricated and tested in the lab, and the results are presented in this paper.The declared features are demonstrated well by the experimental results.
