The curriculum for general national and vocational qualification is a kind of competent-based curriculum,which aims to develop students' common skill,knowledge and understanding that are necessary to many occupations. The designing of the curriculum aims to provide students with covering vocational education so as to make preparation for students' obtaining employment and entering higher schools. But there are a lot of problems existing in the process of its implementation.
