摘要 以六氟异丙醇(HFIP)为溶剂,进行聚己内酯(PCL)溶液静电纺丝.研究驻极对静电纺丝纤维直径的影响,探讨不同纺丝液挤出速率和质量分数下静电纺/熔喷非织造复合材料的过滤性能.研究表明,随着纺丝液质量分数和挤出速率的增大,复合材料的过滤效率下降. Polycaprolactone(PCL)was electrospun in the hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP)solution.The influents of electret on the electrospun fibers diameter were studied,and the effect of the polymer feeding rate and the concentration of the PCL solution on the filtration performance of electrospun/meltblown composite material were analyzed.The research results showed that with the increase of feeding rate and concentration of the PCL solution,the filtration efficiency of the composite material reduced.
