摘要 设计了一种新型结构的振动摩擦焊接用电磁振动头,通过变分原理和拉格朗日方程建立该新型电磁振动头的数学模型,利用该数学模型在Simulink中仿真研究该新型电磁振动头的动态特性。仿真结果表明:在电压一定时,振幅在系统谐振点附近显著增加;在不同频率的电流下,在系统谐振点附近的振幅亦可满足摩擦焊接过程的实际需要。仿真结果与实验结果相符,验证了该新型电磁振动头的实际工程应用价值。 A new structural electromagnetic vibrating head for friction welding is designed. The mathematical model of this new electromagnetic vibrating head is made by variation principle and Lagrange equation. By this model in the Simulink simulation,the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic vibrating head are studied. The simulation result shows that the amplitude increases significantly near the resonance point of system when the voltage is constant. The amplitude near the resonance point of system can meet the practical requirements in friction welding process at different frequency current. Simulation results accords with experimental results,it verifies the application value of this new electromagnetic vibrating head in practical engineering.
