The precision conductive slip-ring is a kind of key part,which is widely used in the inertial navigation platform,control moment gyro,industrial control,video monitoring and turntable.The main function is to pass power and current signals from the static parts to the rotating parts.The article mainly introduces the classification,structure and technology characteristics of the precision conductive slip-ring,details the main technology parameters and its influence factors,focuses on discussing and analyzing key technologies and solutions,which include friction pairs contact materials,brush forming,filling and sealing glue craft,conductive rod processing and index tests,and provides the application prospects and development trends of the precision conductive slip-ring.
