摘要
针对风电接入的电力系统电压越限的问题,提出了一种基于灵敏度的电压控制策略。基于电力系统的牛拉法潮流计算原理,以风电机组有功、常规机组有功、节点无功补偿功率,以及发电机端电压等控制量的调整量最小为目标函数,设置权重系数确定各控制量的调整优先级,以尽可能减少弃风量,并根据节点电压与控制量之间的灵敏度关系,推导出节点电压越限的安全约束,建立了含风电的电力系统电压越限的优化模型。IEEE30节点系统算例仿真结果表明所提方法能够解决系统电压越限的问题,且降低了弃风量。
Aiming at the problem that the voltage over-limit of the power system connected to wind power,a voltage control strategy based on sensitivity is proposed.Take the minimize adjustments of control variables that the wind power,conventional generator unit active power,reactive power compensation power,and generator terminal voltage as objective function,and the unit adjustment costs are set to determine the priority of each control variable to minimize the amount of abandoned wind power.In addition,the safety constraints of voltage over-limit are deduced according to the sensitivity relationship between node voltage and control variables,thus the optimization model for voltage over-limit in power system containing wind power is established.Simulation results of the IEEE30-bus system example show that the proposed method solves the problem of system voltage over-limit and reduces the amount of abandoned wind power,which prove its effectiveness.
