摘要 静止无功发生器(Static Var Generator.SVG)系统中需要对电网和装置的多路信号进行同步数据采集,针对数据采集卡硬件成本高及电网数据采集不同步的问题,基于数字信号处理器TMS320F28335和2片模数转换芯片AD7606,设计了一种十六通道电压、电流、温度信号同步采集系统,详细介绍了该系统的信号调理电路、温度采样电路、锁相环倍频电路、TMS320F28335与AD7606接口电路的设计,最后搭建实验平台对系统进行测试。实验测试表明,该信号采集系统可以精确采集系统的电压电流及温度信号,数据转换结果精度高,误差小,满足装置高精度同步采集数据的要求。 The static var generator(SVG)system needs synchronous data acquisition for multiple signals of the power grid and the device.The hardware cost of the data acquisition card is high,based on the digital signal processor DSP28335 and two-chip analog-to-digital conversion.The chip AD7606 is designed with a sixteen-channel voltage,current,and temperature signal synchronous acquisition system.The signal conditioning circuit,temperature sampling circuit,phase-locked loop multiplier circuit,DSP28335 and AD7606 interface circuit design of the system are introduced in detail.The experimental test shows that the signal acquisition system can accurately collect the voltage,current and temperature signals of the system,and the data conversion result has high precision and small error,which satisfies the requirements of high-precision synchronous data acquisition.
